Well, the 2008 Door Prairie Duathlon is in the history books!  Despite the blustery weather conditions,  the athletes raced their hearts out.  Please see the results page for the final results.  We will post the complete age group and overall results as soon as possible.  For now we have posted a pdf file with the preliminary overall results.  Thanks to all the athletes and the volunteers for putting on a great event!

Next year's event is set for May 31, 2009 in the same location.  See you then!

Set in beautiful Silver Lake Farms in Rolling Prairie, Indiana, the Door Prairie Duathlon promises to be a great way to start off the multisport season.  The event combines a challenging trail run with a fast road bike course through the rolling hills of northern Indiana.

The format is a "run-bike-run" event that starts off with a 3.1 mile trail run, followed by a 12 mile (2 six mile loops) road bike ride and finishes off with a 3.1 mile run on the same trail as the first run.
